By downloading or using Wornio, these terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Use of the App

Wornio provides wardrobe tracking, cost-per-wear analytics, and pre-purchase evaluation features for personal use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your App Store account.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features of Wornio may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Account renewal will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iOS Device Settings under Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Features such as the “Cost Per Wear Calculator” and pre-purchase estimates are provided for informational and educational entertainment purposes only. Wornio does not provide certified financial advice.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and code associated with Wornio are the property of Wornio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wornio is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We are not liable for any data loss occurring on your local device.
